My client’s board meetings were falling short of their potential. Without a proper business schedule, agendas were often incomplete or unfocused. On top of chairing each meeting, the chair was also taking minutes — meaning final records lacked clarity and detail.
What I did
I restructured the process. I created a clear annual business schedule to ensure all key topics were addressed at the right time.
I helped design focused, effective agendas for each meeting.
I took over minute-taking, allowing the chair to focus fully on leading the discussion and minutes were a proper and accurate record of the meeting with clear actions.
The Result
This resulted in more productive meetings, stronger decision-making, and accurate, well-presented minutes and actions delivered promptly after each session.
