Terms of Service
When you work with me as your Virtual Assistant, here’s what you can expect:
Services
- I provide virtual assistant services remotely, tailored to your needs.
- Work is agreed in advance via email or a Statement of Work.
Payment
- Fees are agreed before work starts.
- Payment must be made on time—late payments may pause work and incur interest.
Hours & Communication
- Office hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (UK time).
- Email is the main way to stay in touch. Calls should be booked in advance.
- Urgent/out-of-hours requests may cost extra.
Your Role
- You provide clear, accurate information and any materials needed for the work.
- You confirm you have permission to use the materials you provide.
Privacy & Confidentiality
- I follow UK GDPR and keep your data safe.
- All information shared with me is treated as confidential.
Ownership
- You own the final deliverables once paid in full.
- My processes and methods remain mine.
Liability & Disputes
- I’ll always aim for accuracy and quality.
- Any issues must be flagged within 3 working days of delivery.
My liability is limited to the total fees you’ve paid.
